The terms of the Net-Com text-message program, operated by Network Communications, Inc.
Net-Com sends recurring marketing, promotional and informational text messages — service notices, project updates, offers and occasional messages from our team — to people who have asked to receive them. The program is operated by Network Communications, Inc.
You opt in by checking the consent box on the text updates form on this website and submitting your mobile number, or by giving express written consent another way, such as on a signed form. The box is never checked for you, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing, promotional, and informational text messages from Network Communications, Inc. (Net-Com) at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us, and depend on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which we will stop sending. You can rejoin later by opting in again on this website.
Reply HELP to any message, email tim.mcdonald@net-com.com, or call (850) 969-0930.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your handset, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
The program requires a mobile phone able to receive SMS text messages on a participating carrier. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please let us know so we do not send messages to someone who did not ask for them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Vendors who operate parts of the program on our behalf — such as the messaging carrier that delivers our texts — receive only what they need to perform that service for us. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail of what we collect and why.
We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page with its effective date at the top.
