Net-Com started in 1999 as the people you called when the network went down. Today the same company runs managed IT for Gulf Coast business, delivers live television to homes and whole buildings, writes and operates its own software platforms, texts for political campaigns, publishes an ad-free weather service and gives businesses free digital signage on screens it installs and runs. All of it owned, built and supported in-house.
The divisions
Every division runs on infrastructure Net-Com owns and software Net-Com wrote, supported by the same Pensacola operations center.
The original business and still the backbone. Net-Com runs technology end to end for businesses across Northwest Florida: help desk, monitoring, security, backup, colocation in data centers we built, and fixed-wireless internet on a network we own.
Net-Com’s television division runs its own channel delivery, apps and set-top boxes. Homes stream the OTT Basic package for $9.80 a month with no contract. Properties get one agreement for every door, with residents watching on the box in the unit and on their own devices.
GetStax designs, builds and runs production platforms: television distribution, digital signage, messaging, AI products and client portals. It does not hand off prototypes. Everything it ships is operated on Net-Com infrastructure and kept healthy by the same team that wrote it.

A texting platform for campaigns, advocacy groups, parties and agencies. Every uploaded list is walled off by chain of command and enforced in the database, so a blast can never reach a list it shouldn’t. Compliance is built in rather than bolted on.
A fast weather service Net-Com built and runs for the public: current conditions, the next 48 hours, a seven-day outlook, National Weather Service alerts and live radar. No video, no pop-ups, nothing following you around. The box here is live.
Totem puts a large, bright screen in your business at no cost and runs it as your own digital signage: menus, specials, events and announcements, installed and managed for you. We pay for it by running a small portion of public advertising between your messages.

Network Communications opens in Pensacola as the team local businesses call when something breaks.
Rather than resell, Net-Com builds its own data centers, a 24/7 operations center and a fixed-wireless network to reach sites fiber skipped.
Live TV delivered over the network to homes, hotels, apartment communities and businesses, with apps and set-top boxes of our own.
